One of the main features of Italian wines is their amazing broad regional variety. There are several local vineyards in every Italian region, and some of them can grow only in certain soils (like the Nebbiolo wine, for example) with specific environmental characteristics. We will learn the differences between wines coming from Southern Italy, which are complex and full-bodied, and Northern Italy, which are authentic and very different masterpieces grown with less sunlight and lower temperatures.
