Giuliana is a very active grandmother who lives in one of the most interesting areas of Rome, San Saba, and knows all the tricks of almost all the traditional Roman dishes (but not only Roman!) like most women of her age. Almost everything is homemade in Giuliana’s house: pasta, sauces, preserves, cookies, jams etc. Since Giuliana does not speak English you will probably meet her son who does although – let’s say it – her dishes could speak for themselves! Her first courses will leave you speechless as well as her parmigiana, lasagna, crostate and much more!
